1960s pennies

    i have a lot of pennies from the 1960. i have 1960 D, 1961, 1961 D, 1963, 1964,1964 D,1967. im wondering how much there worth

    With no information about their condition I'd say about 2¢ each.

    2¢ is a bit optimistic.

    That is truly about their worth but the main problem arises in finding a buyer and getting them to him.

    I know of at least one dealer who was paying $1 US a roll but that leaves only 50¢ profit over face value and the shipping would be more than that.

    The copper value is higher than that but it is highly illegal to melt them for scrap and no one will handle them for that purpose. At least in the USA.

    For me? The pile just grows bigger and bigger......
