Found some strange looking coins in this roll , strong die cracks on the obv. and rev. , huge cuds on the T in cent , weak strikes , and some with a shadow 3 in the date , and some other things.Did find that most of these coins are VERY NICE , maybe I`ll send in this roll instead of the 44 S roll.

The 1953-P Cent is known for having a doubled "3" in the Date (which I think that you already referred to as a shadow 3) like the 1955-P "Poorman's Double Die" Cent! These usually bring prices from $2 to $5 and sometimes more for Mint State specimens.

Only 10% , but you get that no matter what.

If you have enough (including friends, a cooperative dealer or whatever), NGC will certify them at $6 a piece. However, you must have a minimum of 100 coins, at least 30% must be 65 or better, they will only grade the 65 & + coins and I am sure there are other restrictions. This is how you see so many "cheap" coins getting certified.
