It seems to be a prize medal from 1867 (preis means prize in German). W & W stands for Wild & Wessel, a German-based oil lamp company, which went to the 1867 Paris International Exposition, organized by Emperor Napoleon III. Many companies were awarded prize medals. This is all the information I was able to scrap together, sorry. The info on this is very scarce. I managed to find one other person selling it on eBay for $39.99.
Certainly! http://www.ebay.com/itm/VINTAGE-ANT...7-OIL-LAMP-BURNER-THREAD-/152346730834?_ul=BO. It comes from a Spanish Seller.
