    I doubt if Saudi had any mints in those days. :happy:

    Also because this gold was used to pay for oil purchases or concessions I guess it became Saudi gold:D:D:p

    I agree that it should probably have been labeled US Trade Tokens.;)

    The coin states 1863 to 1963. I thought that this weathered coin looked kind-a neat so I bought it when I visited an outdoor shop in Athens.

    That is gorgeous.

    I have a Bahama Cent from 2001 and It is one of my favorite world coins I have. Now seeing your Bahama $2 coin makes me want to look for a complete denominational set.

    Bahamas a good choice. Their themes are very cool, I got this circulated 5 cents of the Bahamas 1987 specially for the ananaska (ananas, pineapple) theme and the animals. nature themes are a major preference for me in choosing a coin
