I just had to have this interesting little provincial Roman coin of the remote town called Claudio-Seleucia or Seleucia in Pisidia (a strip of mountainous land in the south of Anatolia). It's a pretty rare Empress, too: Julia Paula (218-219), the first wife of Elagabalus, an eccentric emperor, who was only 14 or 15 at that time. It looks a little barbaric - just my style in fact. I'm curious what you think of it!

Obverse: bust to the right with text IOU.K.PAVLA. Reverse: Tyche with text KLA V DIOCE. 13 mm, 2.63 gr.
