Finished the nickels just now. Found a few better updates.
But the sad news is the nickels and dimes are getting turned in for cash.

In nickels except for a few that could be nicer except for 17P
    I'm complete down to 58D.

Dimes are little tougher with 17P, 09P, better 83P, and 71P gets me down to 64. And I don't really expect to find much silver in rolls.

In pennies an 09P seated and an 82D copper small date takes me down to 57.

    So I'm pretty close.

If I can ever swing a trip to US Coins on I-10 I'm going to see about selling a few Morgans.

1 CWR and $7 loose halves from 1 bank today yielded:

    1, bicentennial 40% silver proof
4, clad proofs of various years

    I'm happy!

I'm on the 6th roll of 20 pennies. These were turned in by another customer. Getting a few updates so far.
Probably Monday before I hit a bank.

While coin roll hunting this weekend I found a box with a rolls and rolls of 2017 D pennies. I thought it would be a pretty boring afternoon, but I found three different type of 2017 D Penny Shield Die Cracks. I have seen a listing for one of the types already (my #2 variety) on ebay. The first variety is a crack that runs parallel to the curve of the shield. This first variety is pretty cool. The second variety is one that extends down to the left side of the shield up to about the half way mark to the crest. The third is like the second only the crack is like a large eye of a needle. I didn't think this was a variety at first, but then I found quite a few of them.

The Denver Mint has pretty high quality standards (way better than the Philly Mint) and frankly I was surprised to see these cracks in the quantities that I found. I found several of each of the three varieties, enough to realize that I had found three distinct types of die cracks all in the same region of the coin.

$1 in loose halves from a bank in a grocery store today yielded nada. The teller was thrilled to be rid of them, so I am building a good relationship, which is good.

My 2003D and 2014D are toned such that they were hard to read at a glance. So i found less toned examples. The replacements got their own flips. The ones they replaced go in a different box of saves.

I went to both banks this morning. The secondary bank gave me 10 CRW penny rolls. They were all marked. 73D, 75D, 76D, 78D, 2x 79D, 79 "phil", 80, 82D and 82P.
I needed a 76D because I had two without mint marks in the flips. Found a better 76P in that roll as well.
    Found a total of 6 small date 82s. 4 D zinc and 2 D copper.

The other bank gave me 10 MWR rolls.
Unless I have reason to go to town I'm going to
do the other 10 tomorrow. If I do go to town I'll turn
in the 10 rolls from today.

Got a 1967 from half rolls, and a 1999 proof! My first proof coin. Got a dozen wheats also from a box. Hope to be getting more soon!

Shunked today for silver but finally found a 1972s clad proof. Finishes out 1971-2010s proof class all found in the wild through roll searches. Included was a extra 1979s and a 1987p and d.

I'm piddling through the MWR pennies.
No pressing need to go to town so I'm not.
