    LOL, yeah. I think I just wanted to pretend for a moment that I could afford such a coin. I'd have been shocked if that opening bid actually won (and I would have immediately started looking for a buyer :D).

    The one I did later buy is perfectly lovely and cost 1/10th as much.

    Nice coins, TIF! The scallop/dolphin coin is appealing in its simplicity. The scorpion reverse is neat- looks like he using the incuse square as his hiding place.
