Doubling as such is very common on coins it's call MD machine doubling . No values but sometimes a cool find depending on how the doubling looks.

Could very well be but Longacre doubling as machine doubling doesn't always effect all of the devices .
Example like on an IHC the first few letters may be doubled on America and the rest not. And again it may be a shadow .

Longacre doubling has nothing to do with this specimen.

Hey I appreciate all the comments yeah you can see that doubling you don't need any type of magnification at all so you guys feel pretty strong that it's machine Doubling then

Is that a small lamination error on the edge? Directly above M in America??

The latest example of Longacre doubling I have seen was on the reverse of a 1907 indian head cent.

It looks more like a hit to the edge with metal pushed down, as the die edge rim
is hidden. I think it is PMD.

I remain amused every time you guys offer what appear to be earnest opinions based on virtually useless pictures.

I remain amused everytime ordinary fools give their opinion at least they take a shot at it it appears those guys always tried to help new people nothing in your comment is constructive unless you like negativity

Your pictures fail just as your post subject names do. F and F.

No, your pix are useless and it has only to do with facts, not my like or dislike of them.

    I'll check in for amusement.

Up your photogame unless you enjoy just winding people up. Vague, generic and non-descriptive message titles are also somewhat counter-productive and annoying.

Well sir 5 days into coin roll hunting I'm sure my post aren't perfect but at least I did have enough knowledge to buy some books but of course you can't learn everything from books if that was the case then we wouldn't need forms like this and then I wouldn't have to sit here and play games with the sarcastic gentleman that has nothing better to do but criticize people now that's a fact as for winding-up people as I previously stated you do not have to look at the post nor do you have to reply to the Post but I want to thank you for your comments and I want you to have a nice day maybe you will find somebody that will post a nice picture for you and give you a better description check back with me in a week and maybe I'll do that for you
