This looks like it has to faces.some really weird images to.could some one tell me is this possible.

I've come across some really strange coins.and don't want people to think I'm crazy.lol

 

You can't be as crazy as I am. You need images of the whole coin and they need to be in focus. With that you can get good answers to your questions.

That's what it looks like but there was no black stuff to wipe off.

 

Maybe someone wiped it off before you ?

The obverse (front) suffered some type of environmental damage. There's a lot of nasty stuff out there and if it stays in contact with the metal surface for awhile, it can cause all kinds of color changes. Generally, these don't wipe off.

As you continue to look, you'll find lots of discolored coins. Nearly all of them are due to environmental damage. There are a few specific error like missing clad layers and improper alloying that can occur, but these are rare and hard to find (Like the Lottery, someone wins, but it's not going to be me or you). Pay attention to the links that people post regarding errors and varieties. You can learn a lot from these
