Is this an error?

The collar is wider on top than on bottom on both sides. It also sticks out more. Im new at this so sorry if it's laughable subject

Slightly misaligned dies. It's common and adds no value.

it's an error but a minor error, no value other than face. It's not laughable it is a legit question. Keep looking. Here is a link to error's that helps me http://www.error-ref.com/

 

It's technically an error as it's a deviation from a perfect striking of the coin but those dies were so slightly ajar it's insignificant.
