Is this an error?

    Slightly misaligned dies. It's common and adds no value.

    So is that an error just one of no value or noT considered an error?

    it's an error but a minor error, no value other than face. It's not laughable it is a legit question. Keep looking. Here is a link to error's that helps me http://www.error-ref.com/

    It's technically an error as it's a deviation from a perfect striking of the coin but those dies were so slightly ajar it's insignificant.
