1983 reverse die clash

I first posted this in 2010, and in that post, TWICE I was asked from Cpm9ball to check the obverse for any signs of a clash. Sorry Cpm9ball it took so long, but there is signs of the obverse clash...

First, welcome to the neighborhood!

Sorry, but your images are way too small for me to see any signs of a clash. Try taking the photos again. You need to (1) crop out the extraneous background, (2) resize the images and finally (3) use the "Full Size Image" option when uploading them. The "Thumbnail Image" option sucks!

No wonder I couldn't find it. The OP's title listed it as 1883, not 1983. Thanks!
