    This one could be my favorite. I LOVE big Thalers and half Thalers with intricate designs.

    They could be very, very habit-forming for me as well, were I not usually constrained by budget.

    That one has arrived. It is a keeper. :)

    The Japanese 2-bu has arrived from @jwitten, as well. Have not yet opened it. Am about to put down this device and do just that.

    Update: just did. Very nice. Looks just like my earlier one, really; just with 10 more grade points on the label and that trace of iridescence. Jwitten has an eye for nicely toned gold. This one will represent the Far East in my collection until something else tempts me more.
