64+PL is a good grade for this coin. Your second photos showed a lot more field disturbances that were hiding in your first pictures (which is no surprise). Your second set of photos are a lot better, by the way.
I don't think I would argue 64+PL on that one. It's pretty accurately graded. If it were mine, I'd probably send it to CAC to get a green bean on it.
Nice coin. This photograph shows it as a 64 PL. The other photo set showed a higher grade-lower reflectivity coin. The angle you have for the full slab shot is perfect. It neither enhanced nor over exaggerated the coin's surfaces. A slight angle like that allows for minimal bounce back of unwanted reflection. I have often shot the pictures of my coins with no flash, and only natural light. I use an Olympus OM-De 10 Mark ii mirrorless camera to take the pictures, using the standard zoom lens.
It's funny that this shot is the most true to character. I took it as an afterthought on top of my kids dresser with his floor lamp as the only real additional light source. I'll remember that going forward.
