I have three different grades. That's how different those look to me, that's why my comment.

I really tried to capture all the dynamics of the coin including its shortcomings...such as the broken frost (pic 1) as well as the one major flaw - cut under eye(pic 5).

    63. The eye damage will hurt. Otherwise, it would be a solid 64. I would stay away from buying coins with significant scratches in prominent places. The first set of pictures look like GSC juiced pictures. That scratch puts it dangerously close to a details coin.

No juice in any of the photos, just an iPhone under different lighting. I didn't notice the cut under the eye in the sellers photos.

Oh, come on. The first set of photos exaggerate contrast. If not juiced, then enhanced and optimized to make the coin more contrasty than it really is. Well, in any case, it is a 63, with borderline damage in the eye area.

It's a DDR, the L in DOLAR is doubled. :)

the first set was taken with the coin sitting on my iPad case under a desk lamp. The second set was taken with a dark green folder in front of the lamp to show dark reflection/contrast. The third set was taken in front of the window in my daughter's room. I lack the ability or inclination to doctor photos.
I am disappointed in the cut below the eye. Trying to assess the damage before deciding on a return.

The third one is the only good picture, in my opinion. And I like the coin; even with the cut and the smudges on the reverse. If it's MS63, it's MS63 on the high side.

I'm afraid I would have to detail it if the cut under the eye is as bad as it looks in the pictures.

It's actually cool to have several images. We don't see that very often here. I'm good with 63 or 64. Not seeing a PL.

It is a deep cut. That is an issue, I think.

I'll pull together some additional images later today. Can video be posted?

    I'm also torn between MS63 & MS64 so I will say MS63+.
