This arrived today so I thought I'd give it a spin around the forum.
    Let's do two guesses:
    Grade on slab
Grade you think it actually is

    Strike is weak.
Luster is a little below average.
    Eye appeal is neutral.
There are a number of tickmarks on the obverse.

I think this all evens out to a 63.

    It's a 58/64 slider. Gut says 58

I had a hard time getting the lighting/luster right in the photo. Raw coins are so much easier because of the lack of glare from the plastic slab.

    Paddy, it can't be MS-60. MS-60 is a wreck.

Here's another shot of the obverse...looking at the original post I see how weak the strike appears (especially in the hair above her forehead). This characterizes it a bit more accurately

Well will you look at that--hair! Oh lol. But can we see one under that lighting and orientation of the reverse? I'm wanting to see the breast-center, legs, bottom of the wreath, principally.

It looks somewhat PL in your first set of pictures, too, I'm just saying...

I disagree. No, not even close.

I'm gonna say MS64 cause nobody has picked it yet, though 63 would not surprise me.

    No. Not even remotely.

Though the lighting isn't very flattering, really makes a difference in the detail shown. Well, if they give it MS, I'll say it could MS-65, even with the light swipe under the eye, which is the only real issue in the way of gem that I see. I think the luster freaks will want more luster to take it over that.
