It's a swan. Check listings under Ionia (Klazomenai and Lukai, maybe other cities). The condition and centering of your coin may prevent definitive ID. In addition to CNG's archives and ACsearch, AsiaMinorCoins is a great resource for coins of... Asia Minor .
Wow, great link TIF! My Klazomenai Tetradrachm is number 10,019: http://www.asiaminorcoins.com/gallery/displayimage.php?pid=10019
Serious question: How can you tell? From what I remember (and I checked both Sibley and Peterson) swans are not sexually dimorphic, i.e. the males and females look alike. Or were you making a joke that flew (sorry) over my head?
I see ducks in my backyard all the time..Mating season female ones are chased by several males..Quacking and flipping their wings like that..This one appears to be running away from male Ionian swans..Just an observation..Hopefully right..
Okay, I guess that makes sense, thanks for clearing that up. Sorry I can't help with the coin ID, as I don't know much about Greek coins.
