Without knowing the answer, if this were someone else's coin and poll, I'd have been wavering between 25 and 30 myself.

It was a nice original-looking coin; "crusty" in all the right ways.

I'm at VF-30, but I don't necessarily disagree with the assigned grade either.

The little built-in "spoiler" button feature on the polls here is cool. Had never used it before. I was having a bit of poll fun in the wee hours last night, in case you hadn't noticed. ;)

Blessedly, no. Had my weekly quota of them two nights earlier.

I went with 30, which I think is the appropriate grade. I'm almost always a point/step under where PCGS goes, which is a comfortable place for me to be.

There are certainly worse places to be than being a few points more conservative than PCGS. That happens to me a bit more often with World coins than US.

I could agree about equally with either your assessment or PCGS', as far as this one goes.

As a matter of fact, though I knew the slab grade, I voted my initial impression of it in the poll and went with VF25, myself. I'm comfortable anywhere between 25 & 35 in this particular case.
