ok I'm killing two birds with one stone with this. I don't know much about not issued for circulation coins. Without the possible ddo would these coins even be worth keeping? And is the 2012 p a ddo or is that just die deteriorating you can see it in 2012, see it in trust, see it RTY. Also looks like sun rays flowing away from his head.
