THAT is the most refreshing thing I've read here yet... nite all.

 

In college, I once wrote a 75-page paper titled, "In Defense of Elitism".

 

The new book starting the thread. Is this a book for us novice coin collectors. Or way over are heads

Let's all be glad that the ANA is providing this new service to it's members.

 

I dunno, man. You sure are resistant to one of the main flows in the hobby. (Changes in grading.)

 

Intentionally not exposing oneself to the insightful material in The Numismatist immediately raises my eyebrows, if I'm being brutally honest. It is the ONLY publication in which I read every non-advertisement word every month.

Plus it is the only national organization dedicated to numismatic education.

But hey, you just stick to moderating your little discussion board here, if that's what blows your skirt up.
