2015 Louisiana kisatchie quarter with error on backside? Across the date "2015" the line of the circle is noticeable when it shouldn't be... I've looked but I can't find anything about this.. Any thoughts?thanks
What would cause it? There is another partial circular mark between 1:00 and 3:00 that looks like a scratch. It looks too even to be a clash from the top Washington's head. Seems kind of odd that a scratch (from a rolling machine?) would be aligned with the circular device but I can't come up with another explanation.
Some better pictures could help. If the mark is from a machine after it came out of the mint, it's worth a quarter.
