I have this quarter from 2015 Louisiana and the part of the circle in the 6oclock position is there when it should not be. It cuts across the 2015 date on the back. Is this worth anything?? Thanks!
Cannot say for sure on this one but the only thing I've seen so far on the reverse of these are pre-die crack depressions, die cracks and die chips beneath the claw, wing and tail feathers.
