Probably not. Even if they were, in this state of wear, it would be nearly impossible to identify the die markers from the MPL dies.

jester's answer is much better. It is nearly impossible at this late state to determine if they are proof or circulation strike.

 

Realistically it reaches a point were it doesn't matter.
