Found this in pocket change, any idea what it may be worth?

No, it's not a mint error, it's a glue job. Two coins were glued together. when they were separated, the glue stayed on your coin. It's worth one cent.

BTW, using your email address as your user name is inviting a ton of spam.

Thanks for the user heads up. How do I correct it, delete the whole account and start over? BTW It's definitely not glue, the memorial image is stamped into the coin and I can see deformation on the reverse.

Squeezed in a vice against another cent. The key is that the design is incuse (pressed in) and the letters are a mirror image. Glue residue and vice jobs can look similar in pictures

I believe so on deleting the account. See @Oldhoopster 's response regarding vice job.

Thanks. I've taken some shots of the coin to show shadows and I think they aren't incused. What do you think?

Sorry, but on clashes, they usually show mostly in the fields vs on the coin. Remember that the dies are made inverted and when smashed to the planchets, the metal fills the holes of the memorial and Lincoln's head. There's no way the memorial would clash with Lincoln's body unless the entire die was obliterated.

Your coin is PMD. Another coin was either squeezed by a vice or hammered into the face of the coin. If you look closely, you can see part of the letters of "ONE CENT" printed backwards on the obverse.

Looks like it might have been smushed a little bit at the top of the letters.
