Indianheads New Contest!!!

Its that time once again when I give away another coin and another bonus prize. This coin is different from other coins that I have in one specific way. You dont have to guess what that is to be eligible to win the contest. All you have to do is post in this thread to win. If you care to take a stab at what makes it different please feel free to do so. I'll run this contest until next Friday, Sept. 7th and end it around 12 midnight Eastern Standard Time. It isnt in the holder straight, I think that is why it looked a little skewed

No. I mean rotated nearly 180 degrees. That light stripe appears to be on the top for both pictures, but maybe it is a reflection.

I went off of the crack see above Liberty's head at the 1130 position. It is faint but seen at the base of the eagle

A few of you guys guessed it right, it is counterfeit. I want to pass it on to another member here to have a chance to examine it as I have. I know it may not be worth alot, but, as usual with my contests, the bonus prize is always worth more than the Grand prize. Just ask some of the people who have won my contests.

How can you tell its fake?

 

This coin is the first one that I won in a CoinTalk contest. I won the coin in one of Bonediggers contests. He had explained in the first post of that thread that the Morgan was a counterfeit. Its alot easier to tell when holding the coin in your hand. From what I can tell, the obvious signs are the date and the placement of the mint mark. Plus, I dont really think that its made of silver. Im by no means anywhere near an expert on counterfiet coins so thats just my personal observation.
