My Central States Coin Just Arrived

    MFD was at the Central States show and found one of the two IHC's I'm missing.
    It's an 1889 PCGS MS-64 RD.
    I'm surprised it's Red since the coin is almost 130 year old, but ....

    Yes agreed sweet IHC, plus I do believe that it's the DDO-001 RPD-006

    Thanks for all of the kudos.

    I haven't dug out my Snow's guide so I don't have an S- number for it -- yet.

    I looked at it at 9x and I don't see anything.
    No RPM or DDO/DDR.
    All I saw is a small die crack on the reverse.
    If I remember I'll take to the next Baltimore Whitman show (late June?) and ask Rick Snow.
    Maybe I've got a new one.

    Have a look at Indianheadvartiey.com it's a very hard to see one but your's looks to have the Pups

    What a Great find! The Central States Show was my first coin show I've attended ever and it was fun, entertaining, informative, and educational. I missed a great educators talk and I could kick myself for missing it!
