Between G and VG. Feather tips on the right wing should show plainly to be F and must show to be VG.

I would say VG - VG+ going off an NGC F12 I have. But I don't know a whole lot about grading these. Large letters, I think. The "one cent" is sometimes lightly struck, your example looks pretty good. The rims are a little rough. An honest circulated coin, nice.

That's a nice original F12. Large Letters variety.

So this is about a $30.00 coin?

That's about right. $25 would make me feel better.

I'll go with Fine as well. Nice coin.

F15. The tail still has feathers. It's also a high-leaf reverse. There are four combinations of obverse/reverse on this date.

Well we're sure going the right direction. So I looked in the ana book, I will revise my earlier comment to fine.

If graded by PCGS it could be a $50-$75 coin.

:wideyed: And that is why you should not get scammed by these slab thingies.

Unless they grade FE's leniently, I think it just missed F.
    VG-10
Nice coin. I think $30 retail is right.

yes but it ensures the quality, value, and actualness of a coin.

It should be only a grading prop.

Tend to agree here, and I think PCGS would too. The rim and the hole below the next will likely cost it a grade

Nope. I have seen the TPGs get the grade wrong many times, as well as slab counterfeits.

They are all "actually" coins, even if they are fake.
