Wait, they show a picture of the coin in a PCGS holder and then write below that one is bidding on a raw coin and they do not guarantee grades....?
now for the main question where will you be sending one like this one if we get it correct? Are PO Boxes ok .. may need to make mine larger
Sold for $333.33. Lower than I thought (I guessed $404). Good job getting the closest @Johndoe2000$ Yea looks like careless listing practice to not update what appears to be a template for the description section. Although in all fairness, I'm not sure there was much doubt about the coin being graded by PCGS. The title, photos and item specifics all have PCGS MS62. I can't imagine any bidders got hung up on that since it appears to be a clear error. Haa! This is all just for fun . However I'll make a deal. I'd be willing to send a similar coin in these "Guess the Final Sale Price" competitions if everyone who guesses sends me one when they don't get it right* *Has to be more than one different guess (not including mine) and the guess has to be within one dollar to be correct.
I missed out on the guessing game, but I'd like to make a comment about the coin itself. The scans aren't doing that coin any justice, in the worst possible way. The markings on it are brutal: right below the chin, right next to the lip, and underneath the "O" in "OF" on the reverse. I've owned a few of these guys in my day, and none ever had scratches of that length and depth. The luster on that thing must be booming in hand to warrant a MS62 grade.
