Error or no?

Is this an over struck error what leads me to believe that it is is there are a lot of different letters if you look closely but most obvious on the back there's like it three are very obvious five and seems to be truckout on top

Thankyall.. very mcch for the knowledge but could you please stay tuned I have about a hundred more to post that I'm not sure is a errors or not and if so what would they be described as this one

 

Here's the reverse side what kind of value would it help repair to another 2007 error?

As a hint, if coins look damaged by being scratched up, they usually are just damaged coins. Think about the minting process and what you think could have happened.

Give me a damn break! If the rest of your coins look like this or the first one you posted, I suggest that you take up another hobby. How about collecting sand crystals?
