No, but should make it a bit harder at least ans increase the chances of some collectors actually getting them at issue price. Glad they did this. I may try to get one.
Correct that, WILL try to get one... jut love this one's design... failing that will at least get the bronze medal. Will be getting the entire series in bronze, and will at least attempt to get the Libertys in gold.
