    Looks like a Tetradrachm in the name of Alexander the great, struck under the rule of Antigonos Gonatas. Nice specimen.
    (For this attribution the guiding elements are the monograms under the chair and the Macedonian helmet in front of Zeus' legs.)

    Its this: KINGS of MACEDON. Alexander III ‘the Great’. 336-323 BC
    Silver Tetradrachm, Pella(?) mint
    Struck under Antigonos II Gonatas, circa 275-270 BC
    Obverse: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin.
    Reverse: Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; Macedonian helmet in left field, QE monogram below throne, monogram in exergue.
    Price 624
    Mathisen, Administrative 5

    Genuine from the photo and worth roughly $250+/-
