Walking Lib Halves or Standing Lib Quarters?

    Wow. To me, worn SLQs look like a mannequin in a box, with no date. Worn Walkers still appeal to me -- you've still got the outstretched arm, the drapery, the stars, and that eagle.

    Trade you my worn SLQs for your worn Walkers, one for one... ;)

    All I see is this when I look at a low grade walker.

    I think once you see it you just can't unsee it. I have an MS66 type coin with a good strike and that's it for walkers. I used to have a Dansco but then I just started seeing that shape on every coin and I hated it. SLQs look great from VG on up.

    Yeah I quickly learned this is an expensive series.

    I may grab one in MS63 range to have in the collection and just try my hardest to avoid thinking I can start putting any type of set together above and beyond that
