Amusing eBay error message

Just wanted to share this with those of you who sell on eBay. I got this today when I was trying to send an invoice. Very helpful as you can see.

You are probably right!

 

Wonder if that's a "spoof" page designed to get you to log in, again, thus revealing your user name and password? In the past, lots of spoof pages have had substandard English.

That's the message that should be displayed when any big company puts you on hold!

 

You mean the Norton that worked for the Sewer Department on Jackie Gleason's "Honeymooners" program?

 

I love goofy error messages. They make my day...




...along with grammatically-challenged "nationalists" a little closer to home:

 

I got a spoof message yesterday and reported it. The URL was not even close. Something about someone in the UK trying to take funds out of my account. I checked my messages in P/P and Ebay and nothing.

 

Not an error message, but I got a kick out of this one:



Apparently my VS license will expire in 2,147,483,647 days, which is just about 5.9 million years. Seems pretty generous for a software license, especially from Microsoft.

 

Well, at least it didn't say "No excretions".

 

No, I was on the real page when I got it.

 

I was going to say something about them running out of R's, but I figured nobody would get it. Great minds...
