US mint blew the release of the 2017 Congratulation set

    The 25th had 99,882 curently these are under 75000. The 2011 Sanfrancisco coin in the 25th was a mint state. The proof in the 25th anniversary was a westpoint minted proof with a total mintage of 947,355. However the Philly reverse proof was 99,882. The Sanfrancisco proof is currently the second lowest mintage with the 1995 being 30,125. We will see what the rest of the year will do to the total mintage. But as far as I can see it will be the second lowest proof.
