Yep it's the pinnacal of collecting. You could thrw out the unc p & d,s but keep the gold and the colorized. The quest is over!

For MS 200 they'd have to overcharge you.:rolling:

 

Instead they could just use the decimal system. MS-66.987, Or MS-38.97249 and just so it is not considered approximate MS-69.938475561+
