  1. Strange thing is no it does not show up on my order history, but they did ping my card. This is a first for me.

    Bummer :(

I don't see this particular product going back up for sale unless there was a significant amount of cancellations or orders that couldn't otherwise be fulfilled. The mint does not resell returned coins, or at least they say they don't. We'll see how it looks when sales numbers are released later this week.

Mine still says processing and not backorder so looks like I was in early. Fingers crossed

Laughable.......you guys are chasing smoke.........these will again become available. Why do you let them (Mint) manipulate you like this?

Mine is processing as well. I was a little worried at first because it took over 30 minutes to pop up with a confirmation number and email. But it looks like I might be ok.

  9. These will go back on sale periodically over the next few weeks or so, as some orders get cancelled. I'm going to pass now though.

Something along those lines as long as it isn't mint to demand would be an exciting addition to the year.

You cannot compare 70s to the raw ones from the mint, entirely different animal.

After the baseball dollars I don't believe that no matter what they say offically.

Sold out in less than 2 min. I think this should be good ideas for the Mint. They needs to limit their products and No limit in selling them. Who cares about the other people who didn't get them. The US Mints need Not to pat attention to what others say.

No I didn't get any and I really don't care if I did or not. It is like the 2016 Medals that also sold out quickly. 75K don't mean nothing cause since they are also going to be in the Limited Proof Set anyway, so that 75K is going to more mintage. I am sure others are waiting for them as well. I just think that our US Mint is making way too many products and with this "S" on the eagle is Not any different we had before. The lower the mintage the better for our collectors I would think. I just hope that the next US Mint Set with the "P" should also be in lower mintage like what they did back in 1996 W dime. This would be really cool if the US Mint decide in doing that.

Lower mintage like the 96 W' dime which has a mintage of 1,457,000?

Well, I hope they start with a household limit of 2 on the LESPS, rather than raise the mintage, causing the 2017-s SAE to be a loser. A household limit of two would give collectors a chance to get a scarce coin, rather than another loser from the mint.

Clearly, they should have limited the Congrat Set. And, you know, they still could, like they did with the 1997 Botanic Set. I ordered 20 of those and so many got left out, they reduced orders to 5. C'mon mint do the right thing, rather than cater to the wealthy like the rest of the government.

it will be interesting to see how many HSN got. Mikey loves to brag how many he "controls."

Unbelievable, all the SAEs out there, and so many people are going crazy to get this one just because it has a little "S" on it. It's insane. That said... I gots to get one. :)

I'm a little miffed at myself for not being Johnny on the Spot when these went online. Primarily, because now I gotta buy a 2017 Limited Edition Silver Set just to keep my DANSCO Collection up to date.

    ARG!

Usually the issue looks like this to me. 75k sold, some percent are sent to a third party grader, some smaller percent make it to MS70 or PR70. Until the coins start coming back from the graders it is a wild card.

I'm not going to let the mint push my buttons. I'm at the point I don't care what they do. I'll pick up one of these in a few years after the smoke clears.

Hopefully I'am communicating with the U.S. Mint and connecting with other ASE collectors that are truly disappointed with "the mint". To offer only 75,000 ASE from San Francisco (AKA #17RF) and put no household limit on it is ridiculous.
I tried calling on time but your associate said I was a minute early so I called 2 minutes after 12:00 eastern time and I was told the product was sold-out. The answer is obvious: U.S. Mint + bed= HSN. Fix this so I don't give up my collection. FIX THIS !!!!!!!!
