I was gonna guess $150. I think $190 is a good buy. I'd pay that for it. The GSA Morgans I see are always $400+

Nice get. I would have paid that sight unseen for any 83CC GSA and would have expected a dog.

 

Yep like was mentioned a lot of sellers would have tried to get 65 money for it. Great buy.

Well it had just walked in the door, at a meltdown shop. The kid at the counter is maybe 22 YO and looked it up on ebay i believe. He actually quoted me $200 & my flea market master negotiating skills kicked in, so i offered $190. Knowing damn well if he says no i will pay the $200. I guess @Cascade was right, i AM a cheap hillbilly

 

Apparently cheap hillbillies get good prices on coins. I won't knock it.

 

LOL. Not cheap at all.. I'd do the same thing. I ALWAYS try to negotiate, hell I asked what the dealers best price was for that 1919 DDO dime I bought 2 years ago. It was marked $10.00 and I got it for $7.00. I would have paid the $10.00 instantly, but I always ask.

Here you go @heavycam.monstervam, I shot this 1883-CC for you. I think it turned out pretty good. Hell of a deal you got on it. I'm thinking 63 on it with a slight chance of a 64 for a color bump.

Its already been flipped, i ended up with these 2 coins 4 it essentially. - I had been trying to pry that belly button coin away from Justin for 3 weeks or so, he wouldnt budge. That is, until i posted this one! There both 65s imo(1 PL) bwaahaaahaaa

Sidenote: yes, i probably couldve hung tight and squeezed a few extra $$, hopefully Mr Jet Lee will throw me a bone next time around
