And.. The MS67 RD goes for $150.00

No, I wouldn't personally. Die cracks can be common. I have a stack of state quarters with die cracks I couldn't give away for much more than a quarter.

paddyman98 Do you think if I send mine in and have it slab I can get them kind of prices on the one that I have. And mine goes all the way down through the Lincoln Memorial. USMC60

I wouldn't want them even if you bought them for me! I'm getting fed up with the people who make these common errors out to be something unusual. We have enough of that right here!

Quite the terminology "Lightning Bolt". And no I would not pay that or have it graded either. Too much investment with little possible return unless there's someone with more money than brains buying it. I've seen a lot of minor slabbed errors in top TPG holders going for $5.00 at pawn shops. In fact, last year in Conway, N.H. I picked up 4 Jefferson nickels, PF69 DCAM for $4.00 each in PCGS holders.

Good deal on the nickels. Every pawnshop I go to ups their prices on coins no matter what. I never see those deals anywhere.

I forgot to add, NGC will designate that but not my strike thru Barber quarter. Pfft.

Anyone can ask anything for their error coins.

That doesn't mean the coins are worth those asking prices,
or even 25% of the asking price. People ask crazy prices for
    many reasons

Ask prices mean very very little.

It's what they sell for that's important.

Welcome to forum, Mr. Weinberg. I don't intend to sound rude, and sorry for a bit of side-tracking the thread, but it is the internet and all... are you truly Fred Weinberg? I look forward to hearing your perspective on some of the "error coins" which are posted.

First off let me say welcome.
You know as well as I know that there's plenty of people out there that do not know any better. And the old saying a coin is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
Just like if you take a silver dollar to the bank there only gonna give you a dollar for that coin. USMC60

The nickels were actually at a Jewelry shop that sold coins on the side. Can't remember the name of the shop but it's on the left side of the road just before you hit the strip mall shops. Rt. 16.
