without a photo who knows. check on ebay and look under sold listings. it's not JUST about the color of the coin. for all we know your coin could be machine doubling and worth nothing.

  12. How can i post pics on here ?

  13. Im new to this and i also was wondering if this may be of any value.? Could this be the large date double die?

Hello y'all, I'm a beginner. I have a coin that I believe is a 1970s LD DDO. I am going try to post some pix on here. All the things I'm learning so far is very fascinating. I'd appreciate any input y'all give.

first off welcome to CT and the hobby.
the best advice here I will probably be able to give you is... no one can help with a specific coin that they can not see. we can give "general information" such as differences that you can look for to help determine if you have something. without pictures no one can give you a definitive answer. also, you are more likely to get responses if you start your own thread (post) instead of combining with someone else. good luck in your efforts and I can't wait to see what you find :)
