Please Grade This 1862 Trime

I bought a small collection of U.S coins a short time ago. Some colonials, some large cents, and various other denominations dating up to the mid 1900's. Nothing really major in it, but a lot of interesting types in all kinds of grades.
A fun lot to go through.

This little trime was in the collection. It is really a nice coin with reflective surfaces.
This is the way it looks.

How would you grade it?

I have no idea, but I like it.

 

MS-63 with a shot at MS-64.

 

A solid MS-63 and I think it should be a 64. Beautiful color and the honing around adds to its beauty. Nice pickup.

I thought this was almost uncirculated something, but I have no experience with trimes.

 

These little coins are tough to grade. Not sure I will ever get good at it. Strike issues and clashed dies bring many to grade an MS coin as an AU.
I'll post a different GTG later.

Could those tiny parallel lines between the bars of the denomination be the result of a clashed die?

 

Yes. Those are clash marks.

 

Stripes on the shield I believe.

I grade it MS61 as it appears to be UNC but the surface condition is not good enough for choice MS. I got an 1856 which looks similar to your coin which graded AU55. Some rub, but original surfaces and similar toning. I can post pictures if you want to compare the two coins.
