The bundle of arrows is a bit worn - or is it due to strike?

 

Well, I know it's a hedge-type answer, but I think it's both.

AU-53 if there's some decent luster left, 50 if the luster is muted/dim/spotty.

 

That's from a weak strike along with the branch, III, left corner of the shield and the north tip of the star.

It appears to me that the mint frost has been slightly broken. I think AU-58. The weakness you cite is strike.
