    Dear coin friends,

since selling most of my ancient coin collection three years ago, I have been concentrating on my Lego hobby, and now I finally managed to program a web page for it.

Take a look and let me know what you think - I am thankful for all kinds of input and corrections!

Wow. Das ist wirklich fantastisch. You are in Trier? I have been there many times, although it has been a long time ago. My dad was stationed in Stuttgart from 2004-2007. I assume these are not Lego sets but rather your own creations? Ich bin sehr (impressed).

Amazing builds and your website and photography show off your sets beautifully!

I know collecting LEGO can be as expensive as the coin hobby, likely one of the reasons you liquidated your coin collecting for the next hobby.

I don't build or collect myself, but having two adult (now) sons, and also a 3 year old son, I have certainly spend quite a bit of money in the past and the will soon again for the younger guy. He's already watching LEGO YouTube videos.

I take it that your designs are all originals of your own creation, or are these official sets?

Impressive. My dealer friend has the Lego Colosseum in his shop office.

Danke!!! Yes, these are all my own designs and creations.
I do not think there would be enough buyers to make a line of 15 large Roman Triumphal Arches a sensible idea for LEGO‘s marketing division

The difference between Lego‘s commercially available model of the Colosseum is that it shows the amphitheatre in it‘s current state as a ruin, whereas my models in 1:200 and 1:400 scale (both featuring the original number of 80 entrances, by the way) present it in it‘s intact ancient appearance.
