Does this coin/holder look legit? The label/label placement in holder/date font?

I think the coin looks good. I'm not used to seeing PCGS labels wonky like that in the holder but it wouldn't really surprise me.

The cert number is legit to what it is and the coin itself certainly looks legit as well.

These days, unless it is Gold Shield or the customer paid for imaging, it's never 100% certain. Looks good to me, one of those special order NASDAQ holders.

Something else, you normally don't see legitimate toning on fake Morgans.

Looks real to me. Our friends across the world have gotten good at faking these things, but there aren't any telltale signs here (I won't say what they are, or they might start emulating the real thing by fixing their mistakes).

Sometimes when you become aware of fakes, our minds start looking for ways to convince us they are all fake. It's the AI affect. Nothing is real anymore. :p

Now that you mention it............ I'm thinking a Stepford Wife might not be such a bad thing. (remember the movie?) Like AI, it CAN be trained!

At first glance i did not like the font on the date, but after zooming in i can see it's just the way the light is reflecting making the zeros look too skinny from a distance. The coin looks ok to me.

I was having that problem even before the AI surge. At this point my success rate for fakes posted here is probably getting close to 200% (i.e. I successfully identify 20 of every 10 fakes posted).

Barcode scans correctly as well. I'm surprised more people on here don't do that. First thing I do when there's a slab and a question about authenticity is scan the barcode. It doesn't rule them all out but I'd say >90% of the time a fake label has a bad barcode.
