    I don't know a whole lot about the different holder generations. I think this one is fairly old, but not scarce? OGH44doslab11111.jpg

    I'm not sure I would call this "a slab" but I purchased it at an LCS some years ago. I also wanted the coin, but the "slab" almost intrigued me more. It has a date of 1986 on the back.

    I absolutely love these old ANACS certificates. They provide so much detail about how the grade was derived, and provide separate obverse and reverse grades. I've modified it a bit for my SLEC system - Strike, Luster, Eye Appeal, Contact Marks.

    I can't even imagine how much a modern TPG would charge for this level of detail, instead of just one single grade.
