Yes and yes. It's in an ICG slab.

 

I think it has easily enough detail to be VF-25 or 30, but I think the scratches on the legs would hold it back as a VF-20.

I find the color interesting. Not sure if it's good, bad or neutral.

 

I'm leaning more towards VF 20.

 

It has quite dark brown fields with tan toning on the reliefs and legends. But, yes, the scratch and the mark on the leg do distract

 

Looks like VF20 if it straight-grades.

 

What grade did ICG give it?
Do you not agree with it?
Or do you just want us to Guess The Grade?
