The new book came out on July 8th, and my I got it preordered by my mom and I got it as a late birthday present because I asked her to wait until the new one came out. I received it on July 11th, 3 days earlier than was expected. This year it’s the 250th Anniversary edition, as well as Red Book’s 80th edition of the book. There are new sections for all the special 2026 coinage. Is anyone buying this year’s edition of the Red Book? IMG_0013.jpeg

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

I literally cannot remember the last Red Book I bought.

I've found that all of the information is online (Wikipedia has all the same info), and pricing data is more up to date else-where.

The Red-Book just isn't relevant any more... Sorry to it's fans.

Agreed ! its so late many of the values just arent that accurate, monthly publications do a much better job on current values.

(something something buying mushrooms at the grocery store as opposed to going out and picking your own...)

All the information is online - and you can find it there, if you know what you're looking for.

The advantage of the Red Book is that it's got just information, for the most part, without making you wade through all the disinformation and noise.

I'll stick with my old red book because I'm really not all that interested in modern coins and the older issues provide me all the information I need.
