    i tend to buy things that i have a history with.. I picked this up cause i am a member of this chapter, and I was wondering what kind of press this die will be used for??? can some bondy link me to one any owns one??

    It looks a slip die. Maybe to to change chapters rather than denominations? Is it a two piece die?

    I was joking. Dies are suppose to be in reverse or negative.

    Dave Bowers did an artical on slip dies about 20 years ago for CoinWorld. The idea was to save money by using the same die for different denominations by "slipping out" say, a 50 cent die and inserting a 25 cent die. The idea would be the same with your die; your just changing chapter names or some kind of information, for something else..
