    I'm not very good with these coins. I believe it's Chinese perhaps? Yes, it is my coin. No, I didn't get it in a fortune cookie. :rolleyes:
    Yes, it is rectangular and possibly made of metal. :p

    I believe your first picture is upside down.

    Google image search shows it is a coin from JAPAN

    Does it mention if the coin is a cast or why it has those heavy straight lines?
