Sounds like you need to stock up on SBA, SAC, and NA dollars. And don't worry Harriet Tubman twenties are coming.
My daughter won a poster contest with o bunch of hands holding up the earth. It was intitled We Are One Nation. It hangs in our cities library. She was in 3rd grade. She must of forgot to include Caucasian hands like hers. I ask you. Was it a mistake or was it that it just didnt matter to a 3rd grader
Two points: 1. Someone said earlier that as a white person they don't know how a minority feels. Well, as a so called "minority" I can tell you I feel pretty much the same things you do. I feel pain, hunger, happiness, frustration, excitement, etc. We are all humans after all, and I think at the end of the day we all want the same: safety, happiness, a good job, a warm meal, and good family and friends. 2. I care not what race is or isn't on a coin. What matters to me is, (a) is the coin well designed and attractive, and if so (b) can I accommodate it in my budget. That's it! I could care less about the race, language, or country the coin comes from so long as it appeals to me and I can afford it.
I don't know how one differentiates between Caucasian hands and other (ethnic) hands. They all appear to be the same to me. Well worn, gnarled by work, calloused and creased, soft and supple...yup, they all look the same to me.
Actually I wouldn't mind buying up a bag of the 2017 with Sequoyah on them, just because they have the Cherokee alphabet on the reverse. But I won't pay more than face. And fuggedabout me spending those pernicious SBA's and Prexibux.
Didnt ask her. A picture of her award hangs in my office. I see it every day. Never thought to ask her. Shes now in South Africa. Trying to save lives with the Peace Corps. Hope that answers your question. Cheech
