Two different item numbers, I understand this, and is because there were TWO different listings for the same lot. What I don't understand is your point. Are you trying to claim it wasn't you who just happened to neg the guy twice at the very same time you posted a thread here bashing him?

Did you know that another member here spoke to the seller about this, urging him to use your other thread as evidence of misconduct and take it up with eBay? Being as he wasn't a big seller, your two negs dropped him from 100% down to like 92%, and he even said he was then going to have to stop selling for a year because buyers (real buyers that is) would think him shady due to your little gift. You screwed a good guy, Leeroy, and over nothing other than not getting your way. Again, I'm not trying to be mean here, but you need to stop pointing the finger.

 

I am not a father, but I am someone who's financially responsible and has emergency savings and insurance to cover such events.

You seem to think Paul was suggesting that you should've paid for the coin instead of buying medicine.

He wasn't. He was saying that, if you don't have enough money in the bank to cover a couple of surprise pharmacy bills, you shouldn't be spending close to $100 on a coin.

You used to have a signature that said something about "not collecting, kids are more important". Did you change your mind?

What on earth are you trying to say?? Who is worried about "hear say" (sic) and what is "pointing names"? All this exists because YOU put it out there, so please don't pretend to be the little victim here. It's simply mind boggling that only now you claim this was due to a child needing medication. Funny how this wasn't mentioned before, but now that you've brought it up: did it ever cross your mind that the seller may have had kids too, and that your otherworldly pettiness could have harmed them? Not everything revolves around you, Leeroy, and is the entire point.

Yes, exactly. In my world, as a simple hobbyist, coins come after pretty much everything. Luckily for me there's enough left over that I can have a lot of fun buying, researching, and examining coins.

no only had one other and that was cause i logged into the stupid taptalk thing with my face book... whick i explained to the admin.. which i told him i had no problem deleting the account

 

Seriously, your daughter was sick and your ex-wife had to beg you to buy the medicine? Oh the three 1909 cents must have been far more important. I've had to sell coins to put braces in their mouths, pay for college lately etc. As much as I like numismatics I like my family a whole lot more.
