IMG_20260407_122801910.jpg I just got this in. Still in the original mint packaging.
The rest of the coin is white but I noticed a discord spot at one point on the edge. It doesn't effect either face of the coin.
I'm assuming it's natural toning but is it normal? What would have caused it in only one spot along the edge? It's still in the mint plastic so it wouldn't have been against anything.

Whatever caused the tone it is very nice, environment is the cause of most anomalies. Thanks for sharing.

Yes definitely natural since it's still in the cello pack, my guess is it might have been stored next to leather or wood but honestly there might be an extremely tiny hole in the plastic. In short, who knows? :D That said, I would leave it alone and check back on it! Below is my gold Krugerrand that was stored in the leather purse it sits on! thumbsup.gif
